Smarter Tracking, Smarter Targeting, Better Results
The Challenge:
While at Noisy Beast (Melbourne), we were engaged to lead the Paid Social strategy for King Living across Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore.
As the Paid Social lead at the agency, I began by auditing King Living’s account and quickly identified a core issue: performance was being held back by poor tracking infrastructure, most critically, the lack of accurate conversion data.
We rebuilt the Meta conversion tracking framework and collaborated with Meta’s team to implement offline conversion tracking, allowing King Living to connect digital ad performance with both online and in-store purchases.
With tracking fixed, we rolled out a full-funnel Paid Social strategy, using tailored creative and messaging for each stage of the customer journey. This holistic view of conversion behaviour allowed us to dramatically improve audience segmentation and targeting accuracy.
