Multi-Channel Strategy Delivers Year-on-Year Ticket Growth
The Challenge:
For Jurassic Kingdom 2025, I was engaged as the dedicated digital advertising partner to drive online ticket sales for the blockbuster dinosaur exhibition.
I executed a full-funnel Paid Social strategy on Meta, running multiple campaign objectives across awareness, traffic, event responses, and conversions. By sequencing creative throughout the funnel, I ensured audiences were primed with engaging storytelling before being driven to purchase. I briefed the client’s internal creative team on the assets needed, then optimised campaigns in real time, scaling spend into the highest-performing formats.
On TikTok, I extended the reach of the best-performing Meta creatives, deploying them in conversion-led campaigns to tap into fresh audiences with short-form, vertical-first content. This added incremental awareness and revenue, while keeping spend disciplined.
To capture high-intent demand, we complemented social activity with branded Google Search campaigns, ensuring Jurassic Kingdom stayed top-of-mind during the purchase decision stage.
The integrated, multi-channel approach balanced awareness-building with conversion efficiency, driving measurable uplift despite a shorter campaign window and leaner budget compared to the year prior.
